Your enquiries

We use your name, email, subject and message to respond to your enquiry. Organisation is optional. Professional enquiries also include the film and enquiry type, with an optional screening date and country. Submitting a request grants no rights.

Messages go to info@troubadour-films.com through Infomaniak, our hosting and email provider. Your email is the reply address. Authorised company personnel handle enquiries. The website does not keep a database archive or file copy of message contents; received messages are held in the company mailbox. Provider logs and backups may also retain data. Contact us to request deletion, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.

If submission fails, your text stays in the current page until you refresh or leave. Acceptance for sending does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Security and storage

The form uses validation, anti-spam checks and rate limits. It stores salted IP/token hashes with short expiry windows of 15 minutes, one hour or two hours. Expired entries are removed during subsequent submissions. Hosting logs may contain IP addresses and request details.

Cookies and external services

The site uses a language-preference cookie, administrator-login cookies and session storage for emoji support. It has no analytics or advertising tags and no offline page caching.

Maps and video players connect to Google, YouTube or Vimeo when you activate them. These providers may receive your IP address and technical information and use their own cookies or storage. Privacy-enhanced modes do not eliminate all processing. External viewing and social links connect to the relevant provider when followed.
